Quality
Technical products, produced to the highest quality through an economical manufacturing process, is what AYHAN METAL stands for.
Our production process is subject to continuous control and documentation of quality management from the receipt of the raw material to the final product.
All measuring operations are performed with the most modern testing and measurement technology by experienced QA staff.
In our quality assurance department we operate with 3D coordinate measuring equipment,
in addition to equipment for testing pressure resistance, roundness, shape, hardness and smoothness of the surface.
In order to monitor the structure of our castings, we utilize an automatic X-Ray system that produces image documentation as an integral part of the process
Our IATF16949 certification allows us to guarantee our customers consistent quality in our products and services.
Only the foundries that have quick strategic answers to these major challenges will be successful in the long run.
Due to the various issues that the die casting process is production to, quality control efforts must be to the needs of individual products.
Die casting have many advantages; high production rate, high precision, high strength and surface smoothness of finished products.
On the other hand die casting process has many failure modes which must be periodically monitored and prevented

Material
Aluminum is one of the most widely used alloys in the manufacturing of die cast parts. Today, aluminum is the most popular metal after steel,
The demand is changing the face of the world's foundries.
The alloys have different properties. For example, aluminum (600°C) and magnesium (520°C) have a high melting point, zinc (380°C) and lead (320°C) a low melting point.
Die casting alloys offer many advantages:
• High corrosion resistance
• High strength and hardness
• High thermal conductivity
• High electrical conductivity
• Very good EMI/ RFI isolation
• Good processing properties
An aluminum alloy is a chemical composition where other elements are added to pure aluminum in order to enhance its properties, primarily to increase its strength.
These other elements include iron, silicon, copper, magnesium, manganese and zinc at levels that combined may make up as much as 15 percent of the alloy by weight.
Alloying requires the thorough mixing of aluminum with these other elements while the aluminum is in molten – liquid – form.
In our production line we mainly use; EN AC 43400, EN AC 44300, EN AC 46000, EN AC 46100, EN AC 46200, EN AC 47100 type alloys .
In the die casting sector, silicon is an essential element used to alloy aluminum because it improves castability.
This is referred to as a eutectic alloy of aluminum and silicon. This aluminum-silicon alloy has excellent casting properties (thin liquid, low shrinkage) and high rigidity.
It is generally easy to weld and corrosion resistant. The addition of magnesium and copper increases rigidity, while copper reduces corrosion resistance.
Aluminum casting alloys with these elements are used as materials for engine and transmission housings in automotive and aircraft construction, for instance.
Employee
High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) sector as we know it today is undergoing rapid changes in terms of technology, industrial structure and customer demands.
Companies change significantly from one day to the next, e.g. through acquisitions.
All these factors mean that the focus on the experienced & professional employee is much stronger than before.
"Total Quality Management is important, but Total Management Quality is ten times more important".
• Strengthen education and training, to develop talented / skillful people.
• Develop and implement attractive & innovative working models.
• Improving leadership culture, transferring responsibility, allowing scope for action and decision making.
• Apply respect and trust, involving Employees.
Only the foundries that have short-term strategic answers to these major challenges will be successful in the long run.
Machinery
The importance of aluminum die cast is increasing in various locomotive sectors such as aero & space technology, automotive and house appliances etc.
The production companies are racing with each other through their machinery, technology and experience in the field. We believe that there are lot room to reach ultimate goals.
